Health-data processing consent

What you authorize
By selecting the health-data consent box, you authorize MyHealthVault to store and process the profile information, medical documents, structured health details, reminders, visit information, and sharing instructions that you choose to provide.
AI document processing
When enabled, uploaded documents may be sent to the configured AI provider to organize them. The intended extraction is limited to document category, title, date, time, clinician, facility, and explicitly supported fields. For laboratory reports, supported fields include quantitative measurements, units, and printed reference ranges shown separately in Lab Trends. AI output is not a diagnosis and must be reviewed against the original document.
Sharing remains separate
This consent does not give doctors, caregivers, employers, insurers, or the public access to your account. Each doctor share requires a separate action, defined scope, expiration, and access capability that you can revoke.
Optional features
Push notifications, provider integrations and document sharing are optional. You may disable notifications, disconnect supported integrations, or revoke active access without deleting the rest of the record.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw consent for future processing by permanently deleting your account. Withdrawal does not reverse access that occurred while a valid share was active or processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.
